How can I be a better moderator?

To run a successful mastermind group has to be about the CEOs participating in the group. It is not what you bring to the table, your knowledge, or your insights as a moderator.

It's theirs. ⠀

Your insights are an upside. ⠀

Consistently moderate to have the other CEO members give solutions and their insights first, and you always go last. Your experience counts and should be shared as well, but never in place of a member sharing first. ⠀

And as an advanced tip: if they have not touched on solutions, you have thought of, ask them questions as a group to see if they can't derive at them by themselves.

For example, ask your group the following to prompt their thinking: "What other experiences have you had that relate to a possible alternative solution you can share?". ⠀

The result will be higher retention because the members will believe they are around other intelligent peers, and it won't be about you.
