What is the one thing member learned in 2020?
In our end-of-the-year council meetings, we ask our members what they learned from 2020 they would never want to repeat. ⠀
Overwhelmingly it was not making the hard decisions fast enough. ⠀
They were all decisions they knew they needed to make but dragged their actions due to fear and uncomfortableness. In reality, they had certainty. ⠀
Did you experience the same thing this year?
What decision was that? What did it cost you?
How can you mitigate this from happening again? ⠀
One way: get an accountability partner, peer group, or when it happens, vow to take small actionable steps vs. no steps at all.
